Fresh Start Pathways was built on the belief that everyone deserves a real second chance — not just a place to stay, but a place to rebuild. We provide structured transitional housing and hands-on support for individuals who are ready to change their lives. Through accountability, life skills development, and genuine peer guidance, we walk alongside each person as they rediscover their strength, purpose, and independence.

Personalized Care for Every Step of Recovery
We provide compassionate, person-centered services that support recovery, emotional wellness, and independent living.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured treatment for individuals who need a higher level of support while continuing to live at home or in the community. Services may include group therapy, individual counseling, recovery education, relapse prevention, coping skills, and ongoing treatment planning.
Group Therapy & Psychoeducation
Our therapeutic groups provide education, support, and skill development in areas such as: * Relapse Prevention * Emotional Regulation * Coping Skills * Life Skills * Stress Management * Healthy Relationships * Communication Skills * Anger Management * Mindfulness * Goal Setting * Self-Care * Community Reintegration * Employment Readiness * Recovery Maintenance
Individual Therapy
Licensed clinicians provide one-on-one counseling tailored to each client’s unique needs. Therapy focuses on addressing mental health concerns, substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship challenges, and personal growth.
Case Management & Care Coordination
We assist clients with accessing healthcare, housing resources, employment services, education, transportation, benefits, and other community supports while coordinating care with providers and referral partners.
Peer Support Services
Our Peer Support Specialists use their lived experience to inspire hope and provide practical guidance throughout the recovery journey. Services focus on motivation, community integration, goal setting, recovery planning, advocacy, and connecting clients with valuable community resources.
Recovery Support Services
Our team helps individuals build a strong foundation for long-term recovery through individualized support, accountability, wellness planning, and connections to community resources that promote independence and sustained success.
